- Produced from annealed flat-rolled products by a welding process that meets specification requirements.
- Available in Grade 2, Grade 5, Grade 7, Grade 9, and Grade 12.
- Grade 2 offers excellent corrosion resistance and good formability for general service.
- Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) provides much higher strength than commercially pure titanium grades.
- Grade 7 (Ti-0.2Pd) offers enhanced corrosion resistance in aggressive and reducing/chloride-bearing environments.
- Grade 9 (Ti-3Al-2.5V) combines good corrosion resistance with higher strength and fabricability.
- Grade 12 (Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni) is suitable for chemically aggressive service, especially reducing media.
