Titanium and Titanium Alloy Valves

Titanium and titanium alloy valves are engineered for severe corrosive service where conventional carbon steel or stainless steel valves may fail. Their excellent resistance to seawater, chlorides, oxidizing media, and many chemical process fluids makes them ideal for demanding industrial systems. We supply titanium valves in a variety of designs, pressure classes, and end connections to meet project-specific requirements. Materials, dimensions, testing, and special design options can be fully customized.

Product Range

Valve Type Available Sizes Pressure Rating Typical Use
Ball Valve 0.5″–24″ (DN15–DN600) Class 150–2500 On/off isolation, chemical systems
Globe Valve 0.5″–24″ (DN15–DN600) Class 150–2500 Flow regulation, throttling service
Gate Valve 0.5″–60″ (DN15–DN1500) Class 150–2500 Full-bore shutoff service
Check Valve 0.5″–36″ (DN15–DN900) Class 150–2500 Backflow prevention
Plug Valve 0.5″–24″ (DN15–DN600) Class 150–2500 Quick shutoff, corrosive fluids
Butterfly Valve 2″–72″ (DN50–DN1800) Class 150–2500 Large-diameter, low-pressure systems

Features

  • ASTM B381 / ASTM B367 Titanium and Titanium Alloy Valves manufactured to ASME B16.34 and API standards (API 608/600/599/594/609, BS 1873) for Grades F-2 and F-5 (commercially pure and Ti-6Al-4V).
  • Outstanding corrosion resistance in aggressive chemicals, acids, alkalis, saltwater, hydrocarbons, and high-temperature environments.
  • Superior strength-to-weight ratio combined with low density (4.51 g/cm³) for lightweight, high-pressure flow control systems.
  • Comprehensive range of valve types: Ball (2/3/4-way), Globe, Check (swing/lift/wafer), Gate, Plug, and Butterfly Valves.
  • Pressure ratings Class 150–2500, sizes 0.5″–72″, with end connections including flanged, butt-weld, threaded, socket-weld, lug, and wafer types.
  • Excellent sealing performance, tight shut-off, low maintenance, and reliable operation across -60°C to +250°C with multiple actuation options (manual, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic).
  • Full inspection and testing per API 598 and relevant MSS SP standards, with chemical/tensile verification for critical service.
  • Non-magnetic, dimensionally stable, and fully compatible with titanium piping and fittings for demanding high-pressure/high-temperature applications.
